We were fortunate enough to meet Liz while looking for a property to purchase and use as a rental in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. This was our first venture into owning a rental property and Liz really took the time to educate us using her expertise of the area. We met with Liz once and she showed us several properties and she continued to show us other properties via face time to help us make the best decision. We made our purchase in 2015 and it has been a very positive experience because of Liz’s guidance. Our condominium is beautiful and we enjoy using it, as well as renting it. Here’s a link to it! In 2018, having to relocate for work, we once again turned to Liz for help. With her network of contacts, she was able to find us a realtor in Alabama to help us with the purchase of our current home.
We have asked Liz to keep an eye out for any investment opportunities that fit our plans, and she always keep us in mind without the high pressure sales tactics that many other realtors are known for using. Whatever our real estate needs are in the future, whether it be another investment property or primary residence, Liz will be the first person we call!
