Sales, marketing and customer service run deep for me. Originally from Albany, Georgia, my husband and I owned a wholesale distribution center as well as several retail stores. As our involvement in the community and charitable organizations grew, I was told many times “You should be in real estate!”. So in 1996 I obtained my Georgia real estate salesperson license and began my career in real estate sales and marketing as a sales agent for REMAX. We sold our company in 2002 and a year later decided to make the move to Florida, choosing Sandestin as our home. After moving to Florida, I continued working in real estate as Marketing Director for a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury properties along the Emerald Coast until I was recruited to join the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce in 2009. I served as Vice president of the Chamber for 5 years and loved every moment of my time spent serving the community. Missing my involvement in real estate, I accepted a position as Director of Marketing for Sandestin Real Estate in 2014 and was later promoted to Executive Director until making the move from leadership to sales when joining Distinctive Coastal Properties in 2022. With my history and knowledge of marketing, sales, and Walton County, I look forward to helping my clients make informed and educated decisions on their real estate purchases!
