Grayton Beach

The first community established in South Walton in the early 1900s, Grayton Beach is widely considered a classic along Scenic Highway 30A.  The area features a large state park, Grayton Beach State Park, which spans over 2,200 acres. Western Lake, the second largest coastal dune lake in the Florida panhandle area, is a tremendous draw, as those with vehicle passes can drive on the sugar white sand of Grayton Beach and park between the Gulf of Mexico and Western Lake, enjoying a salt water and a fresh water experience in tandem. Stunning beach homes, modern architecture, retro-style beach bungalows are a few of the distinct and unique architectural styles found in this community.
