It surely could be your new home, of course! We’re excited to share that this brand new beauty is the latest treasure to the Walton County regional beach access points. The new regional beach access park is under construction. Moving along well for the projected opening in the spring of 2020, or sooner, it will be a gem!
This new public beach access point is located on the Gulf of Mexico, just southwest of Stinky’s Fish Camp in the Dune Allen area, between Woodward Road and Hilltop Drive. The amenities featured will be lifeguards (during the summer season), restrooms and parking for 55 vehicles.
The west end of Scenic Highway 30A is a sweet spot for a myriad of great home options. The area features classic original “brickyard” cottages, gracious Gulf front homes and rental homes with a myriad of amenities. The west end provides easy access to shopping, dining and outdoor activities at Gulf Place and the surrounding areas.
