Today, we are grateful for a fantastic local find. The E. O. Wilson Biophilia Center is non-profit environmental education center. The center is easily accessed from all over the Emerald Coast. Located in Freeport, Florida, the site is located on a 50,000 acre nature preserve, there is an abundance of natural activities for all. Some of the programs offered include day programs for local students and summer programs. During the summer, they even a week-long environmental education camp for students via Camp Longleaf.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, they are completely reliant upon donations. Be sure to check them out on their website, or check out all the ways you can help.
